I am HAPPILY married to the most amazing, Godly, loving, handsome, and funny man... Steve! We've been married since 2003. Steve and I are active in our church, Community Bible Church, in San Antonio! In our down time, we love to spend time with each other. We also love spending time with our families and our friends. We are both HUGE Dallas Cowboys fans! We have no children yet... but hopefully that will change soon! We do have two dogs that are our "babies". They are both golden-doodles. The Black one is named Briley and the golden one is Landry.

Joining the Blog-Waggon

Okay... at the request of all of my family, I too am giving in to peer pressure! (wow- I thought I was stronger than that!)

I'm just warning everyone now... I'm not even close to being as creative and funny as my sister-in-laws and mother! But, ya'll want to know what goes on in our lives... so... we'll see how interesting I can make this!

I'll start by talking about our "baby"... Briley! Since we don't have kids, she's what we can talk about. She's a Golden Doodle and she is the best dog ever! (Briley's dad is a black standard poodle and her mother is a golden retriever). They breed these dogs for people with allergies because they don't shed. Here's Briley...

Every weekend we try to take Briley to the "dog park". It's the best idea ever! It's free and it's entertaining. Not only that... but your dog gets it's exercise and is tired when you get home. Our first time out to the dog park, we learned exactly how it works. As soon as a dog comes into the gate, all of the dogs come to greet it! They greet one another by sniffing each others rear-ends! It's hilarious... here's a video of one time we took Briley...

Love it! And, I'm so excited that you are doing this!!!!! Oh, and last week they had a big town hall meeting in Wichita Falls to discuss future parks out by Lake Wichita...guess what it was? A dog park! I hope it is as cool as the one you guys have. I'm not just saying it to make you feel good, but we REALLY enjoyed going there. We have talked about it to everyone! Fun.
