I am HAPPILY married to the most amazing, Godly, loving, handsome, and funny man... Steve! We've been married since 2003. Steve and I are active in our church, Community Bible Church, in San Antonio! In our down time, we love to spend time with each other. We also love spending time with our families and our friends. We are both HUGE Dallas Cowboys fans! We have no children yet... but hopefully that will change soon! We do have two dogs that are our "babies". They are both golden-doodles. The Black one is named Briley and the golden one is Landry.

I hate Tests!!!!

There has been a LOT going on with me, so I'll give you a quick run down (with pictures to prove it... of course!)

First of all, a month ago I took my National Mortgage License test (you have to take it to be a loan officer). I was warned/comforted prior to the test about how HARD it was and that NO ONE passes it! I was told that people who have been loan officers for 30 years are failing this test after 3 or 4 times of taking it! So, going in, I was quite confident as you can probably guess!

I studied my butt off! I prayed over it and everything... I went in feeling pretty good despite what all I had heard... and despite the fact that my boss failed it 2 weeks before I took it!

Here's a glimpse of the study material (minus one book that I left at work)

Anyway... I go in and take my test... and it was THE HARDEST THING I'VE EVER TAKEN! I swear there are things in there that are NO WHERE TO BE FOUND in the study material! So... needless to say, I failed. I had to get 75% and I got a 68%. So, I had to wait 30 days to take it again.

The day after Steve's volleyball tournament (see new post above) is when I had to re-take my test. The timing was awful because I sure did need the weekend to study, study, study. Welp... I go in and take my test... and AGAIN... THE HARDEST TEST I'VE EVER TAKEN!! This time I did a little better.... I PAAAAAAAAASSSSSEEEEEDDD!!! WOOO WHOO! Praise the Lord... He is so good and TOTALLY got me through that test!

Anyway, I'm still a little excited about that if you can't tell! So, next thing on my "work" agenda is I have to take the State test to get my state license... so I'm studying for my Texas test now!

Anyhoo... lots of other stuff going on, but I won't bore you all. I am about to post another post about what we did a few weeks ago... it was GREAT!!!!
