After we did the gifts and eating we snagged a quick family photo before everyone headed home.
The kiddos all had a slumber party in B-mom and Pops room and watched a movie and had popcorn while us "big kids" stayed up getting to talk and visit... and laugh!

It was so COOOOLD in Burk! One of the evenings we snuggled up and took naps in front of the fireplace!

Steve, me, mom, and dad drove around looking at Christmas lights one of the nights (Christmas Eve I think). Some of them were quite unique! This picture doesn't do the tree justice! It had over 80,000 lights on it.... literally!
On our way out of Burk we stopped at a donut shop that mom and dad had told us about. They called and told us it was worth going thru and ordering one thing just to see the sign in the drive-thru window... and they weren't kidding!!! See below:
