Here's some pics from my mom's 60th surprise birthday party that we had for her back in December! I want to say a huge THANK YOU to my family (Steve, dad, Jason, Jenn, Brad, and Shannon) for all their help in making the party a success!!!!

We wanted mom to feel like a "princess" so Jenn decorated a fancy glass/goblet so she could be served her special coffee punch, Shannon bought her a boa, and I brought the tiara that I wore in my wedding (note- mom's wearing it more as s "headband" than a tiara... but that's okay). Anyway, you can kinda see it all in the blurry picture.

I had asked people to share stories about my mom (funny, meaningful, heartfelt, embarrassing, whatever). This is my Uncle Mark (mom's brother) with a cereal box (Wheaties to be exact) and a pic of my mom dressed up as a football player is on the front of it... from her days when she worked at NBC. Funny!
Some of my parents dear friends, Tom & Jan Strader, came in for the party from out of town. They are such a blessing to our family and it was awesome having them there! Here's Tom sharing some neat words about my parents!
